A message from the principal:

Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year! The faculty and staff of Columbus Elementary School are looking forward to students’ return on August 23. As we anticipate another great year, we also want to celebrate past accomplishments. Our students’ academic performance has earned our campus a Recognized rating for the second consecutive year. Although it is an honor to receive state recognition, our goal is to provide the best education in all academic areas, behavior, fine arts, physical education, citizenship, and leadership. We are committed to academic and social development for all students.
We encourage parents to get involved with our campus organizations. We have an active PTO and volunteer program which supports academics and other projects. We appreciate the support of the community and the impact you have with our students.
